REST STOPS / NUTRITION
There are a total of seven Rest Stops and two Water Stops spaced approximately
2 hours apart. Along with the normal rest stop 
fare, we plan to have available
at each rest stop Sustained Energy, Perpetuem, Gatorade, Hammer Gel, and
Endurolytes.
